Pharmacists are assigned to specific patient care areas to address specific
patient concerns regarding their medications and treatment outcomes.
Pharmacy technicians are now fully trained to manufacture intravenous injections
(IV) including Total Parental Nutrition (TPN) under sterile conditions and supervised
by Pharmacists.
Pharmacy technicians, under the supervision of designated area pharmacists,
completed the ward stocks program within various patient care areas, such as the emergency room (ER), operating room (OR)and the critical care unit (CCU).
After hours pharmacy service continue to be provided 24/7 through the designation
of an on-call pharmacist.
